Common Return Reasons and Solutions If your order arrives later than the promised delivery time of 21 days, please contact us so we can investigate the delay with the carrier and provide an update. For products that arrive with manufacturing defects or quality issues, we will provide a replacement pair free of charge or a full refund, in accordance with your consumer rights. If the item does not fit due to the wrong size or color being ordered, or if you have changed your mind, you may return or exchange the product within our 14-day window; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event that you receive the wrong item or find an item missing, you may return the incorrect item at our expense, and we will send the correct replacement immediately. If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, we will send you a replacement at no cost. Please double-check your shipping information when placing orders; if you notice an error, contact us immediately to attempt a correction before the order is processed.
How to Return Your Order To initiate a return, you must email us at mcbusinessstartup@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with the authorized return address. Please note that return authorizations expire if the item is not shipped within 14 days of approval. To ensure a smooth process, securely pack the products in their original packaging, including all original accessories. Once shipped, you must share the tracking number with our team. After we receive and inspect your returned items to ensure they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items and Damage Claims Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition (including original packaging) are not eligible for return. For items damaged during transit, please provide clear photos of the damage and the shipping label on a flat surface and email them to mcbusinessstartup@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We will prioritize sending a replacement product. If a second defect occurs, or if a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
